To reclaim birth as sacred we must be very intentional about who is present at our birth, where we choose to give birth, and how we give birth. I offer a variety of services to help you through pregnancy and into motherhood.

My name is Jen and I am a mother to 3 beautiful children. I became a doula because I knew that I had to do something in my life that would allow me to be of service and to be a part of a woman’s journey into motherhood. I believe that as women we have options and choices when it comes to childbirth and the postpartum season. My mission is to strengthen those I support and leave them thriving in their new rhythms of life.
